DGK Emerald is a lab grown emerald manufacturer, supplier, and wholesale exporter based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We have been in the emerald manufacturing business since 1986 and expanded into lab grown emerald manufacturing in 2023.

We operate as a global B2B supplier, delivering calibrated stones, matched parcels, and bulk inventory to buyers in the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Germany, Russia, Australia, and other international markets.

All products listed on our Site are lab grown emeralds created using hydrothermal crystal growth technology. Our products are intended primarily for B2B buyers including gemstone traders, jewelry manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.

Order Process: All orders on our Site are processed as "Request a Quote" inquiries. By submitting a quote request, you are not entering into a binding purchase contract. A binding contract is only formed when we send you a formal order confirmation and payment is received.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
• Product images on our Site are representative and actual stones may vary slightly in appearance
• All stone descriptions including carat weight, clarity grade, and colour are approximate
• We strive for accuracy in all product listings but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply and will be communicated in your custom quote
• Matched parcel orders are subject to availability and production lead times

All prices on our website are listed as "Request a Quote" as pricing varies by carat weight, clarity grade, colour saturation, cut, and order volume. Final pricing is provided in a customised written quote.

Payment Terms:

• Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each order and stated in the purchase agreement
• We accept bank wire transfer (TT), and other payment methods as agreed in writing
• A deposit may be required before production or dispatch commences
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified in writing
• GST and applicable taxes will be applied as per Indian export regulations
• Bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer

Volume discounts are available for bulk orders. Please mention your expected annual purchase volume in your quote request for the best rates.

DGK Emerald ships internationally to all major markets. All shipments are fully insured and dispatched via reputable international couriers with door-to-door tracking and complete trade documentation.

Shipping Terms:

• Shipping costs, carrier, and lead times will be stated in your purchase agreement
• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
• DGK Emerald is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or force majeure
• The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier / upon delivery
• All shipments include a commercial invoice and relevant export documentation

For orders requiring gemological certification (GIA, IGI, AGL), additional lead time of 2–4 weeks may be required. Certification fees are not included in stone pricing unless stated.

For international buyers, disputes may first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, with the seat of arbitration in Jaipur.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
