Do you sell to retail consumers?
No. We operate exclusively on a wholesale basis. All clients must be verified trade professionals — jewellers, designers, manufacturers, or dealers.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 50 carats per lot. For calibrated parcel programmes, minimums may vary by size and shape. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can you match a specific colour brief?
Yes. Our growth lab can target specific hue, tone, and saturation parameters. Provide a reference stone or colour benchmark and we'll produce a matched sample.
What treatments are applied to your emeralds?
Our standard offer ranges from "None" to "Minor" clarity enhancement. "No Treatment" stones are available at a premium. All treatment status is disclosed on the lab report.
